through trial and error can you share for us the most essential items for your post cycle recovery and why? here are my favorites 1)T-Rex (for overall fatburning effect minus the ephedra) 2)ECA drink or pill just before Anarobic workouts, not with cardio or even leg day (you don't need to over tax your heart) the ECA stimulates the CNS directly and therfor you recruite more muscle fiber while lifting, also while dieting your workout will still be great) 3)R-ala on high carb meals ( to keep insulin levles low) 4)Creatine (for enhanced ATP formation and cell volumization) 5)Glutamine Peptides (not! l-glutamine) ( increased recovery, good for you, cell volumization (don't know why btw) and for inceased endurance, and for overall anabolic/ anticatabolic environment, (just blend it with a nice tasting protein powder what do you think?
Post cycle the only supps I use are: creatine protein powder multi-vit flax oil From the drug angle, in addition to clomid, I also run nolva,clen and sometimes slin as well.
how much of your gains do you keep?
For my last cycle I kept pretty much everything, only thing I lost was the hardness I had from the Tren And masteron. But size wise I lost at best a pound or two. I took slin,clen,nolva,cretine,clomid,and adex(for 2 weeks) for PCT. It was the most stuff I ever ran in a PCT program but it worked great.
