I found this in another thread that kind of got lost, this was all posted By visions and was great info on the following compounds, this needs to be a stuck at the top.
Here are the studies for Arimidex, Letrozole and aromasin... Keep in mind that the % it lowers estrodiol is for normal Testosterone levels...
1mg Arimidex ed = aprox 50% decrease in Estrogens = 58% increase in Testosterone = No change in gh = 18% decrease in IGF = Ok for PCT but not the best
https://academic.oup.com/jcem/article/89/3/1174/2844209
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/10902781
2.5mg Letrozole ed = 46-62% lower estrogens dependent on age = 46% rise in Testosterone = Good for PCT if you ask me... There are more studies
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/m/pubmed/16046582/
https://academic.oup.com/jcem/article/89/3/1188/2844230
25mg Aromasin ed = aprox 40-62% lower estrogens = 60% increase in Testosterone = Plasma lipids and IGF-I concentrations were unaffected by treatment = The Best for PCT if you ask me
https://academic.oup.com/jcem/article/88/12/5951/2661508
https://dailymed.nlm.nih.gov/dailymed/fda/fdaDrugXsl.cfm?setid=f0b31daa-0792-43d5-af08-8b6a864dc90a&type=display
I might as well add Tamoxifen = lowers gh and igf = No change in Free and Total Testosterone = Not good for PCT if you ask me and you are recovering on your own with little help from the nolva:

Good reads, glad this is a sticky def helps!
http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/par25.htm cites tamaxofen studies that are in conflict with the ones cited in the http://jcem.endojournals.org/cgi/con...cetype =HWCIT . To summarize, the first study above finds that tamaxofen increases testosterone levels and the second study, which Visions originally provided us, finds that tamaxofen does not do so -at least in the case of pubescent boys.
Sorry but the link you provided is an advertisement... Please find the study... I can't... I have tried to find a study that links Nolva to higher production of test but I can't...

Strange,
http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/par25.htm
takes me to the BodyBuilding.com article "Clomid, Nolvadex & Testosterone Stimulation" by By: William Llewellyn.
His reference for the relevant portion of the article is " Hormonal effects of an antiestrogen, tamoxifen, in normal and oligospermic men. Vermeulen, Comhaire. Fertil and Steril 29 (1978) 320-7".
Aromasin has been my choice for a couple of years now. I've never used it for PCT though, just as an AI, but I can see how it would help. I used to think that it would deplete too much estrogen during PCT and cause some other feedback loops to prevent your body from normalizing. I'm sure with a combo of HCG would be a good PCT regimen. I've been out of the "know" for over a year now, trying to catch back up.

Hey,,,you would use HCG throughout the cycle to prevent shutdown then use Clomid and an AI like Aromasin for PCT....
Also I recommend using an AI throughout the cycle when you use Test to keep estrogens closer to normal preventing alot of problems during the cycle..
