Could someone just please give me a straightforward, tried and proven PCT?
I can’t seem to find any sources for HCG. So! Lets stick to clomid and Nolvadex for the moment if you please.
I did a search here and on other boards, but the more I read the more confused I get.
I’ve analyzed till I’m nearly paralyzed with all the info.
It is easy to figure out the gear cycle, but this PCT is somewhat confusing to me.
1) How much, how often, when of Clomid, nolvadex?
Or something else that I’m not aware of?
2) Do you have to do both of them together ?
3) Can you get away with just one of the above listed?
4) And if so! Which would you choose?
5) Why use HCG for PCT when from what I have read it should be used during a cycle .
HCG is best used during a cycle, either to:
1) Avoid testicular atrophy, or
2) Rectify the problem of an existing testicular atrophy.
Which I've never had ether of those problems.
Please try not to get real technical. As this is my problem already.
Bio= 53 years young, 225lb’s, been doing 250 ml of Test Cyp twice a week.
Going to do a ten-week cycle.
One more thing ! How about some of the things at the Kalpa store ?

Well for your cycle i'd do:
HCG last 3 weeks of cycle 500iu eod. (with nolva 20mg eod/ed - low dose so shud be fine without)
Week1 of pct nolva 40mg
Week2 Clomid 50mg nolva 20mg
You can easily get away with one or the other...question is whteher it's worth it. Who knows?
Week3 Clomid 100mg nolva 20mg
Week4 Clomid 50mg nolva 20mg
Continue nolva 20mg up until you feel recovered.
I don't know which I'd choose for pct....

Hcg often isn't needed anyhow unles your balls are really shrunk.
The only change that I make to what zircon has sugested is that for the first two weeks I run the nolva at 40mgs.

Yeh many variations...I guess there are variations because of diff gear used , and ppl recover differently.
As for hcg...I think even on a moderate cycle of 10 weeks a pretty mild hcg dose of 500iu eod for 2-3 weeks can only help...and can't hurt (I stand to be corrected?)
As for nolva 40mg...sure it's probably better to go for 40mg for a week or 2 initially as it has a long halflife...and its good to get levels up a bit quicker.

If you use both, I'd start Nolva at 20 mg the last week of cycle all the way through PCT (depending on products used 5-7 weeks after that last week) Start the Clomid immediately (very short acting) 1 week (short acting) or 2 weeks (long acting) after your cycle, by adding 100 mg of Clomid for 2 weeks, then drop it to 50 mg per week for another 2-3 weeks.

yup on Clomid 100mg as big cat said...I'd split it up tho...I took 100mg at once and saw stars while sleepign lol.
I guess if u cant take 100mg it won't hurt to drop to 50mg either
