Nolvadex with 1st cycle

I wouldnt need it at that level of test. But i would have some in case you needed it.

where did you get that cycle from? 250mg of test is just enough
to shut your natural test down and replac it with about the same
amout you would have naturaly. So really the test is doing little to nothing
at all, and eq below 300 mg is a complete waste. read up in the fourms
on first cycles and dont be afraid to ask questions next time before starting.

No you will not need N-dex!Actually at those low doses your gain are going to be small!What are goals and what are your stats?

At such a small dose, the proviron you will be using will be enough of an anti-e. It's always a good idea to have Nolvadex on hand just in case you need it down the road, but there are better anti estrogens to use as a first choice. I would use Nolvadex only in an emergency. Otherwise, save it for pct. Arimidex or Femara (anastrozole and letrozole) are a better choice for an anti estrogen.

But yeah, bro, like the guys said, review some other cycles and maybe do a little more research. It's good to be careful, and lean towards the conservative side, but honestly, that cycle won't do much as far as gains are concerned.

I got this cycle from England's sticky on cycles (it's the second cycle). My age and stats are in the introduction section. I had a number of people on this site tell to go low on my first cycle then bump up the dosages on ensuing cycles. What's the minimum you would use on a first cycle? Thanks.

the least I would go with is 400 test and 300eq.
most hit the basic 500 test and 400eq and it works well.

Go with what DK told you. If you take 25mg of Proviron you shouldn't need Nolva but have it on hand if you do need it. If you decide not to use Proviron then use the Nolva at 10mg a day.

He did post about his dosage, i thought you started or would have chimed in as i saw your post late. I think about 400mg test/400eq will not be to much for you to start with and then maybe 10mg nolve ed...or just none unless you feel gyno syptoms...as youll see we all have opinons!

A side note.

Be careful with the Proviron, it is a DHT derevative. If you are prone to balding, it will accelerate it.
