I am almost four weeks into a Sust/Dbol cycle. I just noticed i had a lump under my left nipple. This is my 5th or 6th cycle, and the first time i have had this problem. Its not very big, and its not sore, other than the fact i keep rubbing it to confirm it is there. I have Novaldex, but was wondering if that is all i need, and how much should i take? Also, will the lump go away, or will it just stop growing? I would say the lump is about the size of a fingernail, will it ever go away?

i would start 2-3 ndex pills a day for a few weeks if i were you. i would also hop on some armidex which is even better then ndex.
i have found that over time i get more sensitive to certain drugs more sothen i used to be. so you may need to be on a anti e from now on.
ndex will help a bit but its not gonna get rid of all the estrogen in your system i would pick up some armidex.

Thanks DW. Will this lump go away or get any smaller? Also, will cutting out the Dbol help, i am not a big fan of it anyway.

Dbol may actually be the culprit of this issue but than again sust can cause excess levels as well.Like DW has already mentioned, if you raise your test levels and do not run an AI your body will respond by increasing your estrogen levels.

it depends how far along the lump has come. my friend just got a huge one and he started what i recommended and his went down alot. i had a small one from deca and mine completely went away you just gotta catch it quick

Thanks guys, started Novaldex today, made a doctors appointment just to be safe.
