At one time I knew where to get it from, but no longer. I have been out of touch for so long now.

If it is estrogen related, you should be taking an AI not a serm. Arimidex seems to be a popular choice. see if he will provide a script for this.

I gotta tell you that alcohol is the bodies preferreed fuel and once you tip that first brandy back you cause any fat burning to come to a screeching halt. three brandies a day is no way to lose weight. what is your height/weight? I am 200lbs/6.0' and if i eat over 1800 calories a day i gain fat. have you checked your thyropid functioning lately? how about a tsh blood test.

jb

Would that still hold true if you're drinking zero carb drinks and doing a
CKD? I'm losing fat pretty good but have done better in the past.

You were right on with this one. Of course a fifth a day probably added a lot of calories even if it was no carb. Anyway, after I quit, I noticed a pretty good drop in fat and/or water. The alcohol probably elevated estrogen levels.

What alcohol is zero carb? Alcohol is a carb itself, how is that possible?

Rum and vodka. There are probably some others. Alcohol doesn't function as a carb in metabolism. That's why you have all the low carb candies sweeten with alcohol sugars like maltinol.

I believe it, my belt went down a full notch in the last five days. The notches are an inch apart!
