I was thinking of running letro instead of aromisan in pct? I always run an AI during PCT. I would usually run exemestane but I am all out. Would letro work or would it just be too strong. Would it even be possible, or would letro give the possibility of an estrogen rebound and mess things up?

None, you should use nolva and clomid.
