OK...so this is driving me nuts. I am on TRT, 200mgs enath PW and I am getting sore nipples. Is this really gyno??? Will it develop into gyno? I used to get the same thing from large doses of test, but I guess small doses do the same thing. I dont want to tell the doc about these side effects for fear of him taking me off the test. Please help!!!

Bro 200mg/wk is a lot higher a TRT dose, some docs prescribe 200mg of cyp every two weeks. Anything over a TRT dose of 100-150mg of test per week can cause estrogen related sides in sensitive individuals. i would suggest either lowering the dose of the test or using an AI such as aromasin, Arimidex or Letrozole.

tell your doc bro, he might give you the AI you need. I dont know a lot about HRT. but if thats the prescribed dose that he feels your body needs, he probably wont lower the dose.
