Gyno Problem!?!

Ive done a high dose testosterone cycle and now for my second i did an Anadrol and Test Prop cycle, but from my previous cycle I had some irritation in the nipple area and used some Nolvadex and eventually it went away. NOW with the second cycle I think some of the gyno problem came back and now I have a pretty big size hard lump under the nipple and Im scared the tits are coming soon. My question is does tamoxiplex work to get rid of the existing gyno built up sort of like letro. Please help.
