Recently my nipples have become puffy, and slightly senstive. I have been on 60mg e4d/test e and 40-50mg eod/Tren Ace for a 8 weeks now. I have started to develop these symptoms in the last week. Is this gyno, and will go away if i stop the tren? Could it be a progestorone problem from the tren? Thanks.

It's from the Testosterone bro....jump on 20 of nolva or 50 of clomid each day starting now. It's rare to have this happen on low dose but some guys are really estrogen sensitive.
Nolva is better than clomid as a blocker at the breast but clomid will work too.

I have done up to 600mg test prop/wk and i did not get gyno from that. How can i get gyno from such a low dose of test e? Not to mention i lowered the dose to 60mg from 80mg, becasue i was getting water retention at 80mg. No gyno when i was at 80mg? I have very little water retention, the only side i am having are these puffy nipples.

Could it be a estrogen rebound? I was taking .5ml-1ml eod of adex for 3 weeks. I stopped it about 2 weeks ago. Thats sort of when i started to get puffy nipples.

Not been taking hcg. I have some nolva on the way, my other package got picked up. Is there anything i could do in the mean time. Will coming off the tren or lowering the test help?

If you have Clomid then take that and when the nolva comes then switch to nolva.
I would stop the testosterone until you get the nolva then restart with a 100mg first day dose.

Yeah...but it is nowhere near as good as nolva. It doesn't actually block estrogen at the breast....it just reduces the aromatization of estrogen from testosterone or roids that aromatize.

I once had white fluid coming out of my nipples ,they were itchy and inflamed,during low dose tren/prop/susp cycle.I used bromo and nolva and it went away ;I am not gyno prone.(i was not pregnant te he te he)M/track

1.25mg letrozole + 20-40mg nolva ED works well for me. I'm gyno prone

At that dose it sounds like progesterone is the problem. I would try dostinex/cabaser.
