Is it safe to say for every 500mg test 0.25mg Arimidex is the best dosage..??of course everyone will react differently but as a good baseline....

but unless you are gyno prone i wouldnt bother on 500mgs, just have some nolva on hand

Its good to see that all the dosages are similar in size so makes easier to find the optimum dosage for myself...cheers guys.
