As far as when I train my bodyparts, that's stayed the same for years. My actual exercises that do in any given workout changes every single time.

I frontload every time and I seem to feel it kick in sooner. It may be in my head though knowing how much is in my system.

That's what I do, inject into the muscle I plan on training that day.
I concentrate on upper chest followed by flat work. Rarely will I do decline stuff. If I do, it's only for variety's sake.
