Started d3 today. The thought of converting t4 to T3 is what sold me. E/c does this but ephedrine makes me too damn jittery. Like my caffiene tho.

I just ate a bison burger but I put real cheese on it. It was leaner than even ground round. Cooked it med. Good stuff!

Good question. I remember when there weren't many lowfat foods. Most ppl ate this way and there were't as many obese ppl running around.
