joints shot to hell

I can't work, can't sleep well, multiple shots of corto s., no help, no relief, haven't training in 6 months....... can't do anything, in pain

So sodium hyaluronate is prescribed in the U.S? How come my dr. didn't say do anything to help me when i was dianosed at age 18 with degenerative disc...
