I have always gotten bad pain from the real schering primos when I did them 3 years ago.

another thing is when I go low on the carbs my abs get watery, and I cant loose weight. Soon as I up my carbs I start droping weight.

Well for me if I go low 150, and under my face gets puffy, and my abs get watery. Maybe its just the low cals, and my body starts to retain.
