well steroids accentuate ur diet, so creatine should and does work better on a cycle, almost all supplements will work better on a cycle...
i think creatine is great during a bulking cycle
the classic three day split is: day1: Back, chest day2: Shoulders, bis, tris day3: Legs, abs
ya, the longer the cycle the more complicated it is to do it correctly... i really wouldnt recommend ur 3rd cycle last a year or more
just to add... if ur thinking of doing up to 5 grams of test on ur third cycle ur just being unbelievably reckless... it seems to me ur just trying to...
k the technical answer is u can continue a cycle forever if u do it correctly, but i dont think that is optimal nor safe, but its ur call most ppl sta...

add in some oatmeal into meal one and u have to add a lot more food into ur post workout meal... some higher glycemic carbs and high protein... ur pos...
k ur doing this as part of a bulking diet??? if so ur cals are way too low, id do atleast 3000 cals per day but probably more
