how does this fit with your cardio? how often do you take a week off? do you work with longer lifting cycles--like hypertrophy, power, speed, etc. ?

I basically swapped any carb I'd take frim rising to mid afternoon from whatever I was taking (fruit, toast, vegggies, rolled oats, etc) for the oats....
