since its my first time using test i want to do a low dose.Thats why I want to do 400mg a week.

this cycle will be the first time doing test and eq.previous cycles were fina only.

Im 28 and wiegh 200lbs.So 400 mgs test 400 mgs of eq would be my best bet?And I should run the eq longer than the test?
