lol......im not telling my self anything I go out and drink im lucky and I mean LUCKY if i even make it in, couple tubes and ihave never missed a work...
going out and boozing does more damage in the Gym to me 100x more then pot........
i think alcahol spikes estrogen too.............

i have no idea about the blood pressure ect but 75mg ! im taking 50mg a day and Iwouldnt go abouve that, the shit is POTENT......................up 10...
i all done with thses things,..it was a good 17 Day run but the lower back pian has gootent o the point where its effecting my workouts to much..........
