I take the miniquicks too. .88mg which is probably around 2.6iu/day. That amount keeps me in the high normal range for IGF1. I notice no sides either ...
Why not just do 1.3iu/day.
Who cares if it's cheaper and convenient if it's doesn't work well.
There's no expiration date on the package or whatever they come in?
I think you'd have to starve yourself.
I know some guys react different to it.
A long time. I think 2 iu's is more of a standard dose.
I do 2.5iu's/day. Don't think it's done anything for me except leaned me out.
I'd say probably 70kilo's on average.
