i usually have more carbs on workout days...lil less protein and less fats...on rest days high protein...mod fat and moderate carbs...im an endo/meso ...
i heard lemon juice is good for the liver...my gf sais so...dontknow for sure lol
id take liv52...primrose oil...NAC...ALOT of water...milk thistle...and get blood work checkups to see how the liver is doing...a BP med may also help...
how about prunes? im too lazy to go to grocery store to get strawberries lol
can u substitute banana or watermelon for the strawberries?
