I take a 200mg caffeine pill. On leg and back day I take 2 x 200mg caffeine pills to get really jacked.
I was wondering what everybody else did to help them get energized for a workout.

caffeine and some beta alanine when I need it. Probably 2 times a week I really dont want to workout so I take that and within 20 minutes im ready to run through a wall.

Ok, im not sure if I will get in trouble for this but here goes. I have a script for pain killers and I find that if I take 2 I can break any cardio plateau that I once had and the next day I am usually able to keep the new level of cardio w/o the pain killers. Again pls feel free to delete post if this is "questionable." Although I have a feeling many of you cyclist do the same thing
