30 wasn't a big deal for me, but each year after it seems that a lot of things sure take more of a toll on the body:Cry: 😆 Very true. Ive also noticed that time is moving way faster now as well.

O M G!!! I hope all you geriatrics have your supply of depends well stocked and made this months payments on your wheel chairs.:crutch: Listen to some of you, anyone would think that you're ready for the retirement villages, one foot in the grave and life is over.:drama: For goodness sake, snap out of it and get yourselves back in the gym and show those younger people what muscle maturity is all about. Some of you might not want ripped muscular physiques, but from a personal prospective, damned if I'm going down all bent and twisted from osteoarthritis and other degenerative joint diseases. 30 isn't old, neither is 40, it's a number and can you honestly say you feel old? I'm betting you don't, and I reckon alot of you are feeling in better shape than you were 10 years prior because you choose to workout. Hahahaha, c'mon guys, snap out of it, live it up.

damned if I'm going down all bent and twisted from osteoarthritis and other degenerative joint diseases. Unfortunetly it's one of the common side effects of long term BB'ing. Oesteo anyway, not degererative disc/joint rheumatoid arthritis. how many 50 year olds do you know that don't have joint problems?....especially one's who have been lifting for years. Hell...I know many pups with the same probs. However, it does beat going down as a decrepid old immobile fool , which I think is what you were getting at. Loss of joint function and muscle strength , usually due to inactivity, is probably the leading cause of disability/immobility in old age. And it is pretty much lifestyle dependant in many cases.

Loss of joint function and muscle strength , usually due to inactivity, is probably the leading cause of disability/immobility in old age. And it is pretty much lifestyle dependant in many cases. Well then if they are suffering from osteoarthritis and other degenerative joint diseases, their diets are obviously lacking in calcium and other bone and joint supportive nutrients. A BB comp diet is restrictive as far as variety of foods eaten but supplementation is available. As we age the risks do inevitably increase but there are plenty of products available on the market that do support the joints that contain Glucoamine, MSM, Chondroitin Sulfate, along with other ingredients like calcium ascorbate, vit C, copper, boron and manganese that all work together to give the joints the best nutritional support as well as helping the tendons and cartilage maintain their integrity and elasticity. We aren't just restricted to EFA's like primrose oil, codliver oil and fish oils. Weight resistance training is good for increasing bone density. Stretching does wonders also. I know maybe the available info out there is too late for some older people many things have changed about concepts over the years but these same products will offer relief. I know many older people who are as spry as ever , no joints problems what so ever, I also know younger people who are suffering at such an early age. Alot has to do with lifestyle, diet and to some extent hereditary factors.

Dont worry BTB, 30 aint so bad.....what day is it on? See, if you were over 50 like me, you would be asking, "What day is it today"? I have been losing Wednesday for the past few months. Zip, all of a sudden it's Thursday when I thought it was Tuesday. Maybe it's being retired or being in Thailand or the Primo. 40? Bah! Your won't be over the hill until you can't even see the damn thing when it is right in front of you. 53...anybody got me beat on this board?
