Post at a couple of other boards and heard some goods things here so trying things out. 32, 5'11" 230 18a 49ch, 19calves, 34 and that was natural before my firt cycle this past spring. Now up to 240 and about an 1" more on the measurements. Been lifting for at least 10 years.
