Goanna makes a good point about talking to the docs.. what they bill you for when they think ins will foot the bill and what they except are very different.. seeing a lawyer should have been the first thing you did..

Thats the best thing to do. It is a damn shame these ins co are that way,but sue them till they pay as much as possible. And tell your friends it's nothing personal between you and he. Just do what you got to do man, hang in there bro..........

I still havent made any progress. I do have a lawyer and we might have found a defect in the ATV, I am hoping that we can sue the company, therefor I wouldnt feel bad and would hopefully get a decent amount of money. On a side note I have been off pain meds for a few weeks now. I have no withdraws but the physical pain is intense. I am bed ridden for about 16 hours a day. With all that, besides already being somewhat depressed my mental and emotional state is really droping. The only time I feel like me and somewhat normal is on pain meds. I am hopefully going to hear back from the docter today on whether or not he is going to precribe more. I went in for x-rays a few days ago for my back and they only took them of my lower back which I dont have any pain, I told them it was my middle to upper neck where the pain was and they still wouldnt take the x-rays even after talking to the docter. So I am out another $2,000 probably. I do have a chiropracter that took some of my neck and back that I dropped off to the traditional docter. The chiro said there were know fractures but it was the worst case of wipeblash he has ever seen. My curvature of my upper neck is the opposite of what it is suppose to be. I know it has to be fucked up because I have a high pain threshold. I used to fight NHB and have been through a lot physically. I just dont understand why the docter is doubting me and wont priscribe any meds. Well that is my rant for today!
