Allright guys? Just introducing myself. I'm brand new to all this (juice that is - the weights I've been hitting since I was a kid). Fist shot last week after finally seeing the light...think I have a lot to learn. Nice to be here - huge board with some cracking information available. I think I've got plenty of reading to do....I'm pretty sure you guys are going to have the answer to pretty much any query I can post. Take care guys (and girls?)....
