My introduction

i put this in the aussie section first, because thats where i live and now im putting it here aswell to say g'day to everyone Hi to all the men and women of bolex, i have been a guest of these boards several times and decided to register today.I have been training natural for the last 3 years and have had many varying results, but still not at where i want to be.I have come here to learn and listen to the advice and opinions of all of the members here who have had much more experience than myself, i hope to gain valuable knowledge in the quest of perfection and to help others where i can also.Thank you all for letting me be a part of this great online community, gunzilla. Stats : 22yr old 5"7 75kg at 10-15%bf Goal is to reach 80kg at 6% in the long term.And maybe compete, although im a short ass. Thanks to everyone who views this thread and has a reply,peace. Gunzilla.
