Well, I'm 38 and feel like shit. Had to switch to leg presses cause twice now in the last 4 months, squats has caused me to have lower back spasms that hurt like hell (the first one in july took me out for a month and had to have my pelvis put back in). This is a sure sign I'm getting old and worse yet, in two years I'll be 40.-FUCK ME !!!=pissed:

Awwww.....stop bitching...lol....I will be 36 Monday...but I don't give a damn....I think I am one of the few people that actually enjoy getting a little older........gives you peace of mind.......I am as good a stud now as I have ever been in my life....... Happy Bday Bull...........:)

Happy birthday bull! It's funny, when I was in my early 20's I thought 25 was old. Now, Im 30 and think Im young as hell. Getting older is alot better than we thought.
