Hi to all the men and women of bolex, i have been a guest of these boards several times and decided to register today.I have been training natural for the last 3 years and have had many varying results, but still not at where i want to be.I have come here to learn and listen to the advice and opinions of all of the members here who have had much more experience than myself, i hope to gain valuable knowledge in the quest of perfection and to help others where i can also.Thank you all for letting me be a part of this great online community, gunzilla.:biglaugh:

hey there all, my stats, 22 5"7 75kg between 10-15 % bf, just a guesstimate wanting to be 80kg even at around 6%bf or less, that is a long term goal, short term is just maintainance.
