Thanks bro. Yeah, the house fire was quite the experience. The Mrs did two BB shows this summer, and was really caught off gaurd by our local BB association and its members. At the start of the evening show of the provincal championships.... they called Angela out to center stage and presented her with trophies to replace hers that were lost in the fire. It was touching for the both of us. Just goes to show that we have a great community here..... one to be proud of. JP.

Al, Damn glad to see you. You're one of the best. Al's forgotten more about bodybuilding than I've ever known. Remember the Mass Factory days and those baby blue tubs of creatine. Recently ran across some I had forgotten were in storage. Think they're still good?:laugh:
