What's up bros. I figured I would put up one of these since we all seem to be introducing ourselves again.

Anyways, been here since 99. Former college swimmer turned disco bodybuilder, turned serious trainer, turned married, turned drug addict, turned injured trainer, turned sober, turned divorced, turned serious trainer again.

I have been through a lot, trust me, and am always willing to help a brother in need. Lord knows that some of you have been my backbone at times the last year or so.

Some of my bros here at GrowXXL have been with me through all of my past struggles and good times, and it is so nice to start rebuilding with so many familiar guys (and gals).

It's nearly time to get "serious" once again for the first time in a while. Before and afters will come and will be shared with all. Great to be home. Good to see all of you.
