I would make myself throwup if someone lied to me about the contents of some food they gave me e.g. if it were full of sugar instead of artificial sweetener. Does this mean I have a problem? According to my doctor, which I went to go and see the other day, after being under a lot of pressure from my parents, I have a serious deep-rooted emotional problem. For the record, I don't binge and feel guilty about it and throw up. I have more self-control than that.

Yeh that sounds way over the top by anyone'e standards. I was thinking last night after I read that your sister has anorexia that perhaps you have a body dysmorphia disorder also, adn I think what you just said shows there's definitely something bad going on with you as well over body image. I'd keep seeing your doctor over it mate, and work it through. Doesnt mean stop bodybuilding but throwing up after is very extreme, your other posts you kind of come across as overly obsessed too a bit mate, not that I'm one to talk. There's good obsession and bad obsession, and it comes across as bad obsession to me anyway.

When people tell you that you have a problem, you usually do.

Hey bro, This lifestyle and it's goal of constently improving your physique can be healthy but it can also border on obsession. I think if you are that concerned about sugar, you need to re-evaluate your priorities.

I read about fitness models often having this problem. When you count calories and weigh everything that goes in your mouth, it often becomes an obsession. I meet a lot of people in the industry that have suffered from this at some time or another. Keep up your workouts and worry less about the food for a while if it's driving you crazy. Make sure you allow yourself a cheat day or two. Otherwise you'll go nuts, and eat everything in site.
