Gday boys and girls. Just dropping a line to say hi and let you all know that I havent fallen off the face of the Earth. Its been a very hectic and trying few months since my last appearance but things are now finally back on track so Ill be sticking my ugly mug in here on a much more frequent basis from now on. So, to all my old bolex buddies, I look forward to catching up with you all real soon and to those I have yet to meet, let me introduce myself. My name is hr21361, I live in Melbourne, Ive been training on and off for the past six years and Im currently weighing in at 89kg at about 10% BF. take care guys see ya;)

Not alot mate, a few months ago I moved into a new house which the builders neglected to wire up for the telephone (hence my mysterious absence). Other than the trials and tribulations of setting up the new place, its been business as usual ie. working, training, eating, sleeping. What about you?
