Asthma

Try this: Completely exhale before you attempt the inhalation. Begin to breathe in a little bit, then push the inhaler to get the medicine out as you continue to inhale. Hold it in and then exhale, slowly through the mouth with your lips pursed (sp?). I've noticed the best results with this technique. Not trying to be an anal retard posting all over this thread, I was hospitalized for an asthma attack as a child (they thought I was going to die, nothing was working my skin was blueish, my lungs were sunken in, my organs were shutting down) and am very empathetic towards those who have it. I just want to share the little bit of knowledge I can. I hope the albuterol treats your problem. 🙂
