Allow me to introduce myself................

Hey guys and gals, lifters of all ages. I go by the name Grifter, been on here since 2002 or was it 2003 regardless, Im back again. Good to see the board up and running as I was wondering what happened. During the absence of this board I must confess that I spent some time at Muscle Nexus, but it just didnt feel the same. It a good board, but it's not home. I've been lifting for 10+years and been through all the hyped supplements like Hot Stuff, Simlax and some others until I found the guiding light which brought me to where I am now. I guess now we have to get use to learning each others names again as some of you have changed your logins. Good to see everyone and enjoy the new board. P.S. July 8th, Tito Ortiz will once again pummel Ken Shamrock into something that looks like bruised fruit.
