Those all sound good, and here's one more to add in. 1 Myoplex Strawberry Cream pak Fill a blender 1/3 full of apple juice, 1/3 of water 3 - frozen strawberrys, 1 Frozen banana Tastes like a strawberry shake from Mc D's
Here's my variation with Myoplex Strawberry cream: 1 myoplex strawberry cream 1 scoop powdered egg whites (optional) 2 cups milk 1 cup hawaiin punch 1 cup ice 1 banana It fills the blender to the brim with the best shake I've ever had and i don't really even like strawberry shakes.
