Yeah i didnt think so, i have even got into it with other guys about why i eat instant oats. It is not a taste difference just easier to cook.

Oats does contain iron, so for those of you that need maximum iron absorbtion avaoid nuking with milk. Prevents / impairs iron absorbtion. I personally enjoy a blob of peanut butter melted into the oats. Enjoy
That is always a problem for me. I remember to take my multi and my other supps when i am making my morning shake. Calcium negating the effects of iron is like a bully on the playground.

This is how I like my oats:
Ice
Add skim milk to 16 oz
1 cup oats
2 scoops protein powder
Tsp peanut butter
tbsp pure cocoa
1 banana
Blend and enjoy.

After looking back at some of the post here, I can truly say that some you guys are real PROFFESIONALS when it comes to oats... I had to re-think my whole process... Nuts, berries, yogart, etc.... dammmmm.
