You don't take in between 2500-4000 calories a day? So you're either really really small bro eating less than 2500 calories or you're a big mofo taking in over 4000 calories. I'm 5'11" 190lbs and I take in around 3300 calories a day which is a little over my maintainence calorie intake level. I can tell you for sure that if I was taking in less than you're 2500 calorie number I'd be losing muscle mass for sure (unless I was cutting with test/t3 or something).

Nutritional science for athletes consists of more than just calories and protein. Second, bulking isn't binging. As I mentioned in another post recently ... in the context of food chemistry you are what you eat ... if your trying to build your body then you need energy to do the work but you also need the materials to build the tissues.

Peanut butter is good for CURBING hunger when u are dieting...as it is extreamly high in fat...the protien value in peanut butter is almost worthless....and nuts in general are one of the most FATTENING foods out there. I would only eat PB if I was dieting, and only at night, and only to stave off hunger...its NOT a good bulking food...its not nutritionaly sound...im not saying having a tablespoon here and there is going to hurt u....in certain instances its great...but as a main stable, in large quantities, to bulk up...it is crap!!!

I wouldn't use it as a main staple, but for a quick snack it works fine. I'm sure there are better sources of protein, but I don't think peanut protein is worthless. My bro was in the joint and peanut butter was about all he could get as far as protein. He spent 3 years in prison. When he was released he was huge and very lean. All that peanut butter did something.

they eat a "meat product" at every meal in prison. I just got upset at the "dont know what im talking about" comment.

LOL dood when people in this thread mentioned peanut butter.. it didnt just mean that they take one scoop of peanut butter a day are done for the day and thats all they're using for bulking. u better be taking 3000+ a day, if u're trying to stay healthy and strong. now what those calories are made out of, is depending on what u are trying to do.. if cutting u eat clean.. if bulk u eat dirty... simple as that.

It got a lot easier to make my calorie mark each day after I started having a "Heavyweight Gainer 900" after my workouts (or a few hours after breakfast if I don't work out that day.) It's basically a lot of maltodextrin, a low GI carb, so you might opt not to have one as a bedtime snack. I also like to buy the pre-roasted chickens from the deli at the grocery store. 700 calories in half a chicken, but half of those are from fat. (But that's if you do eat the skin, and that's 75g of protein along with it.) PB&J - not the healthiest, but convenient and decent calories. Mashed potatos. Inconvenient, but good bulking food for me. The key is eating a lot. 150 calories per medium potato, so four of those helps out.

It is hard for me to watch my calorie intake but I eat a lot. I went from 183 lb's 6 weeks ago to 201.4 yesterday. I am 5'11. And I am much leaner than when I started. From the remarks I get from my friends i must be doing something right because they are becoming suspicious. 🙂 I just wanted to see what else is out there that I could include in my diet. Thx for all the info guys.. keep it coming!! :biglaugh:

Yeah brotha.. it has to be mainly due to my genetics. My boys that know i'm gearing are freaking out at my progress. I am absolutely tripping myself. I have 3 more weeks of the Deca-300 and 5 of Tes 250 at 500 ml a week. Can't wait to see what comes of it. I'll keep ya'll posted. TR

I mean common guys, this is a recipe for getting fat. How on earth are u going to make muscle doing this? Cant u guys just eat more often, smaller meals? Once i start doing this for about a week....im hungry ALL DAY LONG!! U just have to snack on positive foods...this is 50's mentality....lets get big eating anything!!....There are only a handful of ppl in the whole world who can grow big and hard eating a diet like this, and I guarentee u, none of us are one of them.
