good choice. peel a few yams, slice, coat with olive oil and bake with fish. Fish and Chips.

Personally I like them grilled with some cayanne and topped with some lemon and lime, throw in some wild rice, or a baked potato smothered in salsa
They take on the flavor of whatever you put with them, so go for it. Old bay isnt bad with some butter. GRILLED, it is summer!

drop them on to a little hot hot oil and quick fry, add a squdge lemon and a twist of fresh ground black pepper serve with a salad
I have been cooking them on a skillet over the stove with lemon juice and some lemon pepper seasoning. The only thing I worry about is undercooking them. How long do you guys cook yours if you cook them like this?
