tuna and pineapple is OK Funny you mentioned tuna and pineapple. One summer for four month strait I had tuna and pineapple twice a day. I now can't even stand the smell of tuna. I'm going to go with 6-8 egg whites mixed with a piece of colby jack cheese as my choice
Eggs ... but im usually hungry about 30 minutes later.

Can you really get ahold of "Spirulina"? If so where, and if it is that good wouldnt it probaly taste very bad too..?
http://www.nutrex-hawaii.com/spirulina.html Didn't you ever learn from your mother that anything that was good for you was going to taste bad? Mix some powdered liver with it....that will kill the taste.........if it makes you feel any better, it does not taste anywhere near as bad as hydrolized whey.........

Except for a sushi bar (if I dont drink beer or drinks and just have water), I can fill up and feel good, and its not a full feeling. I dont know the nutrition facts but, i hope if it is bad no one posts them so us sushi lovers wont feel bad about it.
i've always wondered, since the fish is raw...does the body actually absorb more or less of the protein than if cooked? the same would apply to raw eggs and i know there are people out there that still put raw eggs in their protein shake probably cuz they saw Stallone do it in the movie Rocky 20 years ago.

I usually use 2 large tablespoons a day in one of my shakes along with my regular protein powders. It is very filling and satisfying.
Spirulina is really good for a little added energy boost, too:)
