Most of you guys might not agree with me on this but for guys who are trying to diet real hard and have bad sugar cravings Peanut M&M's are the way to go. I try to keep my diet very clean but I lose my mind with the sugar cravings I get....and since I don't compete what I do is I eat 1 fun size p[acket of peanut m&m's before a workout and mabey 1 at night while relaxin on the couch.....this keeps me sane throughout the day....

You could also try a tbs of natural peanut butter. The fat may cure your sugar cravings.

natural peanut butter is a pain in the ass to me bro way to thick and no sugar taste...I do the peanut m&m thing because the fat comes mostly from the peanuts and its relativley low in sugar....plus it's real candy so its like a psycological thing

I use splenda and nutra sweet to help with my sweet tooth. I put that stuff on everything. I try to stay pretty lean year round and eat clean so I am always wanting some sugar. I probably go through a 200 pack box of the stuff in a week. If that crap causes cancer I better put a casket on lay away. The worst thing I have ever done for my sweet tooth was to drink a bottle of that sugar free pancake syrup. Some of the brands are actually pretty good. It never stays around long enough to use it on pancakes though.

I was dying for a hot fudge sunday all afternoon, and only when I slugged down 65 gram of protein did I no longer have this craving.
