Does soyabeans really affect estrogen levels is it that noticeable? And if you did a cycle would drinking soyabean affect estrogen levels? I noticed that drinking soyabeans made me gain mass realy fast...I usually drink 200ml a day. Im worried if it would affect estrogen levels.

What mass are you talking about, lean or fat mass?
As for increasing E2, some people say it does, some not, the only way to know is testing via blood panel.

Both i guess..i gained some muscle and fat with it
