There are pouches that are flavored like smoked, lemon pepper, sweet +spicy, and herb. These are awsome. especially the smoked and lemon pepper. Try these bro and you will like them. RICK

I think it is the quality of the tuna you purchase. I enjoy SAFCOL...the fish tastes fresher than the other brands and has less fishy flavour. You can also try rinsing and draining the tuna and cooking it in a wok with spices such as tarragon or chillies and splenda.

Add flavor or limit how much you eat of it. i eat it once a day offseason because i feel it's good to get protein from a fish source but i'll probably add some sauses to it from now on. If you really can't handle it stick to chicken, turkey, beef and veal.

Cheers, Thanks for all the advice, i think i may just add a few things to it to make it more tasty. What do u's reckon of substituting steaks for beef mince, because i have to eat at work and eating reheated mince is a lot easier than eating reheated steaks. ??

NEVER!!! I buy my tuna in bulk. Boxes of 24*185g ring-pull tins in olive oil. Mmmm... Very convenient too 🙂

However, I've found that when eating tuna and salad alone, tuna in olive oil is far better as tuna in srpingwater winds up way too dry and I always end up putting olive oil on it as a garnish.
