hey bros I asked this question right before the name change and I didnt get to many responses so I thought I'd post it again. I was wondering if anyone has use jumpsoles or strenght shoes? I went ahead and bought some jumpsoles since they're not to expensive, but since I've been slacking on getting back in the gym, I haven't used them yet. What I really wanted to know is if they do work, and if I should do the workouts that they come with or if I could do something different that would still be effective. I will appreciate any answer or opinions. Thanks bros.

Well, depends on what you are trying to accomplish? Jump soles are nothing more than an isometric exercise, forcing you to keep constant tension on them, just like posing. To add size, the only way is heavy weight and good form allowing full range of motion! Think of it like this, if you weigh 200 lbs. you can stand on one leg and do a calf raise, right? So, if you are doing calf raises with 200 lbs. using one leg, then you really need to put alot more than that on to shock the muscles when training it with weights and using both legs!

I understand what your saying bro, and I forgot to add that I will be lifting for size. I was planning on doing calves three days a week lifting as heavy as possible. So what I ment to ask was if I do work my calves like I'm supposed to will the jumpsoles help as far as putting on some size, or are they better for definition, stamina type training. Sorry for the vague question, but I hope this helps to get an answer. Thanks for your input though Stith I appreciate it.
