I buy sallmonella free egg whites.

I read that cooked are better I just don�t understand why.. I guess the nutrients are the same...

Protein in cooked eggs are more bioavailable than raw, and wole eggs more than egg whites. But raw eggs are still a great source of protein just make sure they have been pasturized.

don't raw egg whites deplete the body of biotin? i am not sure but i remember reading some negative to it.

I read this article earlier this spring and I just skimmed over it again and it seems like he changed his stance on the issue (he even admits to it in the article). So I'm not too sure how much credit I give this guy.
