Im trying to keep my processed foods to a minimum, this is my protein cereal 3 egg whites, 1 whole egg 1 cup Milk 1 cup Oats, raw, uncooked 1/2 cup mixed berries 2 packets splenda It gets the job done! If im not eating a piece of fruit with it, i'll up the oat's to 1.5-2 cups, depending on my plans that day!
I generally will just throw a scoop or two of vanilla or natural (whatever that is) flavored pro powder on top of my oatmeal and stir it in...
