Just wanted to share my "Power Pudding" rec(KP)e with everyone. One of the better tasting snacks I've had in a while:
3 cups whole milk
1 scoop ON Chocolate Whey
1 scoop ON Cookies N Cream Whey
1 packet sugar free chocolate pudding
Takes about 3 minutes to make, low carb, and tastes just like pudding but with 60g of protein and a nice mix of whey/casein.
If you're dieting I'd suggest using skim milk.
now add in some supercrunch natty peanut butter and you would have a great bulking treat. When i make it, i add just enough milk to make a taffy like consistency, yumm.

It's brand new and it's pretty good. It would be ridiculously good if you were bulking and used whole milk. I know you probably don't do too much bulking angel. I think I lose a lot of the taste bc I can't drink milk and have to mix with water. If you do try it, let me know how it tastes in milk, it seems like it would be great.
gonna try this tonight, I have some banana protien powder, so that will probably be good with banada or choc. pudding powder

I'm dieting, but it's damn easy for me. Much easier than bulking. A few weeks and I'm down to 7%...gonna stay there for a bit...
