Angela,is it just as good if we use whole eggs instead of just the whites?
Whole eggs are 37% fat; egg whites are only 3% fat. Depends on what your diet looks like I s'pose
Boogieman is right, you can use whole eggs but it will be higher in fat and cholesterol. It all depends on how often you make this and what your nutritional goals are. Angela
