"Everyone around here is pretty large, and going to the gym is unheard of." <GRIN> I know what you mean. I have just started my annual diet and need to lose 10lbs before i head off on vacation to the caribbean. Keeping my protein up, carbs down, healthy fats, working my ass off in the gym and starting to up my cardio. Too bad you can not do cardio it sucks to have to rely on diet alone particularly if you are a woman.

Well bro, it can be done with some tweaking of the diet, regardless of doing cardio or not.
If you look at the diet as the center piece of the picture most all things will fall into place with just a little tweaking (not speed), (stimulants have their place).

For me, I don’t do cardio when I am tweaking my numbers on the diet. When I stall, I add in the cardio..............
But never ever drop the weights, that is a given for maintenance of lean tissue.
It’s all about a response to a certain stimulus.
The more lean tissue you preserve the higher requirement for fuel for said tissue.
Makes no sense “TO ME” to run off the weight when you can diet it off.
But metabolism can be revved up during cardio.

In your case, cardio is not an option; the only option is a good healthy diet.
Yes cardio is productive and rewarding, but in your case you cant.
So, you have to do what is the next best thing…………..Diet………

The liver will produce more cholesterol than you will get out of your diet.
With cholesterol in the diet, the liver wont have to produce as much.

Indeed - I am a vegetarian and most of my cholesterol is self-generated. yay me

The ice water and fiber are good ideas, if I can find myself a down parka I might try the water thing. I actually tend to drink warm water, but hey, for 150 cal, it's worth it.

Thanks for the suggestions, I appreciate it.

So true. At least I can still lift, which I do 4 days a week as heavy as I can. One more week, I get repair surgery and then after that I hit the treadmill. I can't even push bike pedals right now, and the ellipse machine is right out.

Okay...Somewhat of a newbie question here, but, here it goes. The CEM store lists the properties of Albuterol as follows...

"This breaks up stored fat into free fatty acids that are able to then leave the fat cell and serve as a fuel source in other tissues. In athletes the primary target of these fatty acids is working muscle. This is the familiar process we know as lipolysis. Albuterol, like clen, is a potent lipolytic agent. But simply freeing up fat is not enough. Unless the body can burn the extra FFA they will simply be reincorporated into fat. Albuterol has the ability to elevate a person's metabolic rate so these FFA can be utilized for fuel."

The conclusion I gather here, (don't forget, I'm still learning

" ) is that by using Albuterol, I should be able to manipulate my diet with fewer calories and allow fatty acids to complement my diet as a fuel source. Hence, using the same fat that I want to get rid of as a fuel source...

Am I WAY off base here?

Either way, I've got it on the way from the CEM store.

Thoughts?

Hey Sonic.
What surgery?

Yet another metatarsal neuroma with the added fun of a fluid-filled cyst between the bones (hopefully). This'll be my fourth foot surgery with a fifth scheduled in 6 months, so this isn't anything new to me.

I envy you guys that can actually run or even step on your foot without pain.

You should have fairly good success starting at the diet.
After the diet is set, then you can add in the other things.
Yes, Albuterol and clenbuterol both mobilize lipids from fat or help to.
But like all things, for some it works better than others.
I didnt have much luck in taking fat burners for fat loss.
I had very good success modifying the diet, and this is even without doing any cardio what so ever.

I also think timing has alot to do with it for instance.
When doing morning cardio first thing, I do feel there are benefits with fat burners and morning cardio.

But then again, hunger management and insulin control I feel are the tools to get the job done in regards to fat loss.
All other things are like supplements.

I certainly agree that diet is important when dieting.

What I am trying to do right now is to GAIN muscle, however, I wan't to absolutely minimize increasing fat. Rather than diet up, then diet down, I'd rather slowly build lean muscle mass.

I think I've got my BMR and diet dialed in well enough that I am in fact gaining weight and accomplishing my goal, but I thought given Albuterol's characteristics, I may be able to fine tune even more.

Keep in mind, this is in conjunction with my 15 week 500mg test e cycle. (Bumped up from 12, why let extra Test E sit around )

Well, with test in the mix, lean muscle gains are gonna happen.

I hear guys suggest clen during a cycle helps to keep lean, but for me being jittery and having a harder time than normal to sleep on androgens I cant use stimulants on cycle.

I suffer from elivated blood pressure on cycle so the added stimulants are just not worth it for me.

But again, with a Bronchial dilator, cardio is easier from what I have noticed.
