180g chocolate 1 TBSP cream 3 eggs seperate eggs and beat whites until fluffy. Melt choc in pot on low heat with cream. once melted add egg yolks and mix together. Fold mixture into the beaten yolks, and refrigerate 30-60mins. Serve with strawberries Make most sickly, yet tasty choc dessert ever:D
